We have expanded our company’s production capabilities.
DO-MET Sp. z o.o. has completed an investment involving the implementation of modern precision CNC machining technology and the expansion of its machinery. This project has increased the company’s production capacity and expanded the scope of services provided in the production of parts, semi-finished products, components, and industrial parts.
This new technology enables both single-item and mass production of components manufactured according to the customer’s technical documentation, while maintaining very high dimensional accuracy and repeatability of the production process.
Modern Machinery
As part of the investment, the company was equipped with modern machines and equipment supporting the precision CNC machining process, in particular:
- a 5-axis milling machine with a tilting rotary table,
- a dual-spindle lathe,
- a continuous-feed dividing head – a fourth rotary axis,
- an inductive tool clamping system,
- a presetting and measuring device,
- specialized software for programming and controlling the CNC machining process.
The use of modern technological solutions has significantly increased the company’s production capacity and expanded its offering to include the production of more complex parts requiring multi-axis machining.
